PURPOSE OF THE RELAY
Time relay three chain RV3-22 with delay in each chain, is designed for switching electric circuits (up to three independent circuits K1, K2, K3) with a preset delays time t1, t2 and t3 for use in automation schemes as a component. The relay can be used instead of the relay VL-56, VS-43, and others.
DESIGN OF THE RELAY
Relay is produced in a plastic case with a unified front connection wires power and switched circuits. Mounting is carried out on a DIN rail width 35mm (GOST R IEC 60715-2003) or on a smooth surface. To set on a smooth surface, you need to push locks. Terminal design provides robust clamp wires up to 2,5mm2. On the front panel there are: three turn switches to set delay time pause "time t1", "time t2", "time t3", green indicator turn on the power supply "U", three yellow indicator actuation built-in relays "K1", "K2", "K3". On the side surface is located DIP-switches to select operation diagrams and time ranges.
OPERATION OF THE RELAY
The relay has 8 subbands of delay time for each chain.
Operation diagram and time range is selected by DIP-switches, located on side surface of the relay. Required time delays t1, t2, t3 complied by rotary switches in the selected time ranges. When turning off built-in relays contacts are closed (15-16 for K1 ), (25-26 for K2) and (35-36 for K3). When turning on built-in relays contacts are closed (15-18 for K1), (25-28 for K2) and (35-38 for K3) at the same time corresponding indicators are lighted. K3 circuit can be switched into momentary contact mode.
WARNING: For changing range of time delay and operation diagram the relay must be off.
