PURPOSE OF THE RELAY
Temperature relay TR-M02 is designed to control and maintain the preset temperature mode at the temperature sensor signals, generated on the basis of the chip DS18B20 Dallas Semiconductor (Maxim) in the premises, vegetable storage, water heating systems, cooling systems, liquids, objects, and so on, and also for use as components in the automation devices. Temperature relay is supplied with sensors TD-2 (specify when ordering).
DESIGN OF THE RELAY
Relay is produced in a plastic case with a unified front connection wires power and switched circuits. Mounting is carried out on a DIN rail width 35mm (GOST R IEC 60715-2003) or on a smooth surface. To set on a smooth surface, you need to push locks. Terminal design provides robust clamp wires up to 2,5mm2. On the front panel there are: three-figure indicator, buttons "+" and "-" to set the operating parameters, yellow indicator "
" of actuation built-in executive relay.

OPERATION OF THE RELAY
Termorele can work in two modes: "heating" or "cooling" and has two operation diagrams.
"Heating" - a mode in which the executive relay is turned on, if the controlled temperature is below the set (heater).
"Cooling" - a mode in which the executive relay is turned on, if the controlled temperature exceeds the set limit (fridge).
On the indicator constantly shows the value of current measured temperature. If the polarity is disrupted of the connected sensor, or the sensor is faulty, the display shows error "Err".
By pressing the button "+" on the display is shown the value of temperature threshold ON. When you press the button "-" on the display is shown the value of set threshold OFF. Actuation of built-in relay is indicated by yellow LED "
". When relay is activated, the yellow LED flashes and contacts 11-14 are closed.

When reaching the set value of temperature OFF the relay will turn off. When cooling, the re-activation of the relay will take place at temperature ON. The default values OFF = 200C, ON = 250C. Hysteresis of actuation is determined by temperature difference between ON and OFF.
