PURPOSE OF THE RELAY
Photorelay FR-M02 is designed to automatically turn on and off street lighting, store windows, commercial halls, advertising, parking lots, etc. depending on the set threshold illumination level. Control illumination level is carried out external photo sensor FD-3-1, supplied separately from the photorelay.
The relay has a mode of "smart off". In this mode, the user by himself can set the time of the included lighting or advertising after dusk in the range from 30 minutes to 7 hours. In the evening or night time the relay turns on lighting or advertising and after a specified time turns off. The relay can significantly save on electricity consumption.
The relay can be used to control beacons. When the remote control channel is (radio channel, etc.) can be carried out simultaneously enable remote adjustment of the few beacons. When a channel control commands is filed, the relay "remembers" the level of illumination at this moment. In the future, all the inclusions beacons will occur precisely at this illumination.

DESIGN OF THE RELAY
Relay is produced in a plastic case with a unified front connection wires power and switched circuits. Mounting is carried out on a DIN rail width 35mm (GOST R IEC 60715-2003) or on a smooth surface. To set on a smooth surface, spring locks must be changed in recent holes, fixing a spring lock, which are located on the back side of the case. Terminal design provides robust clamp wires up to 2,5mm2. On the front panel there are: rotary switch of actuation time of relay "tdelay", rotary switch of time built-in timer "toff", button "training" for detting photo relay on the necessary illuminance, green/red indicator of powering voltage "U"/"ALARM PHOTO SENSOR", yellow indicator of actuation built-in executive relay.
WARNING: It is forbidden to carry out any work with photo relay, being under voltage.
Preparation for use and operation photo relay:
1. Connect the photo sensor and relay according to the circuit connection. Photo sensor is connected to terminals "T1", "T2". Supply voltage is connected to terminals "A1" and "A2".

WARNING: Relay in the executive to AC current power supply must be connected in compliance with the conditions - wire is under voltage (phase) must be connected to the terminal "A1" (L), and zero - to terminal "A2" (N). Execution of the constant current power supply, the positive pole is always connected to the terminal "A1".
2. Set the regulator "tdelay" in the position 5s, and time regulator of built-in timer "toff " in position "∞".
3. Select time of the day, when must be enabled switching the light source. Apply a voltage supply to the relay, and the green LED "U" should light up. Enabling red LED "ALARM PHOTO SENSOR" - points to short circuit between terminals "T1" and "T2". Enabling the relay and alternating flashing red and green LED points that photo sensor is not connected.
4. Press and hold button "training" before enabling a red LED. Let go off button, after 5s relay will remember the light level and turn on the relay, and contacts 11-14 will be closed.
WARNING: When delivered, photo relay is set to the level of illumination - 0,2lux
A customizable time delay of enabling the relay by switch "tdelay " eliminates the effect of short-term fluctuiations of lighting. At counting of this time a green LED "U" flashes with a period 0,5s. Adjustable time delay off by switch "toff" allows to save electricity. At counting this time a green LED "U" flashes with period 2s. In position "∞" a time counting does not occur. Setting the relay can be carried out remotely. Remote mounting is connected parallel to photo sensor to terminals "Т1" and "Т2". Maximum line length is 30 meters. Sensor is supplied depending of the configuration definited by the order code (see contens of delivery).
Sensor FD-3-1: The spectral peak at a wavelength - 590nm, the resistance (illumination 10lux) - 50...140kOm, dark resistance - 20MOm, the response time - 20ms, recovery time - 30ms, range of operating temperature - (-30…+800C), degree's protection - IP65.
